How do I place an order?
Just choose your options (pencil style, number of subjects, and size), then complete checkout. You’ll be guided afterward to submit your photo(s) for the portrait.
Can I use multiple photos for one portrait?
Yes! You can upload separate photos of each person or pet. Our artist will create a layout combining them into one seamless portrait. For best results, a single photo with all subjects is ideal.
What pencil styles are available?
You can choose between:
- ✏️ Graphite (standard pencil) – soft and traditional
- 🖤 Charcoal – bold, high contrast with dramatic shading
What sizes can I order?
We currently offer:
- 12×9 inches
- 14×11 inches
- 18×14 inches
All drawings are created on acid-free professional art paper.
Do I get to see the portrait before it ships?
Yes! You’ll receive a preview of the finished drawing to approve. Minor revisions can be made if needed, usually at no extra charge.
How long does the process take?
From order to delivery, the process usually takes 2–3 weeks. Rush requests can sometimes be accommodated—contact us to ask.
What if I’m not satisfied with the artwork?
We want you to love your portrait. If there’s something you’d like adjusted, just let us know during the preview stage. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis if you’re truly unsatisfied after revision.
How is the artwork shipped?
Your finished portrait will be carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube to prevent bending or damage during transit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Venmo, and Square gift cards.
